YOUR THANKSGIVING PLATE

I am all for enjoying your food on Thanksgiving, but keep in mind that when it all boils down, it IS just another day of good food.

Don't feel pressured to stuff your face on Thanksgiving, because there WILL be leftovers, your food isn't going anywhere.

Don't feel pressured to eat the "secret family recipe" that you just don't like ...

Instead, save space for what makes you happy, along with some veggies and good protein.

If you really need help not binging on the "good stuff", focus on just one thing:

EAT YOUR VEGGIES AND PROTEIN FIRST, that way you're more full and won't overdo it on the sweets!
