how do you do this?
"Lift your LIFE" is an online confidence coaching course that works alongside my workout cycles because lifting weights was the biggest reason I succeeded in my own confidence journey. The 6 weeks of coaching is $75 and the workout plan of your choice (2 days or 3 days a week) is given to you at a discounted rate ($10 off). This means that once entered into coaching, you will purchase a combined package of coaching and workouts:
coaching + 2 days a week workout = $100 / 6 weeks
coaching + 3 days a week workout = $110 / 6 weeks
Please note that completion of the coaching course gives you a lifetime discount of $5 off any of the following workout cycles so you can continue your strength training journey!
what do you get?
Along with your chosen workout plan (2 or 3 days a week) you will receive daily emails with "homework assignments" and reflections. The assignments should be printed daily (to not get too overwhelmed), and you are highly advised to WRITE your answers down. This is because the act of physically writing down goals and achievements is more empowering than taking notes on your phone or computer.
(If you request that all your assignments be emailed at once so you can print them more easily, we can work something out.)

how much time is required?
The coaching course lasts 6 weeks (42 days), the same amount of time a workout cycle last.
Coaching courses always begin on a Sunday (the first Sunday after you are accepted into the coaching program), and each Sunday will be a time of reflection and planning. After your Sunday "homework" is completed, you are required to take a picture of your answers and email it to me. You will receive emails from me throughout the week to check in on you and help you along your journey. You are also encouraged to reach out to me via email with any questions or sticking points.
Each day (YES, all 42 days) will require 5-15 minutes of your time, preferably near the end of your day, ideally before bed.t.
how will you grow?
Again, you building more confidence is my primary focus. Throughout the 6 weeks we will work on building confidence through lifestyle changes, exercise, mindset shifts, journaling, goal setting, planning and visualization. Beyond gaining confidence, you will also practice the tools that create HABITS. It has been studied that it takes 21 days (or 3 weeks) to make a habit. In the 6 weeks of the program, you will specifically work to build 2 habits, something that is TOTALLY doable. And remember... during these 6 weeks you will be performing my workout cycles, so you will gain muscle and health too!
