how do you do this?"Lift your LIFE" is a self guided confidence coaching course that works by addressing the areas of healthy habit creation, positive mindset, goal setting, time management and self reflection. what do you get?Along with your chosen workout plan (2 or 3 days a week) you will receive a 47 page PDF with daily "homework assignments" and reflections. I advise you to print the workbook pages and actually WRITE your answers down. how much time is required?The self guided course course lasts 6 weeks (42 days), the same amount of time a workout cycle lasts. You will progress through the workout plan as you go through the coaching.
In the first three weeks of the course you will develop a new healthy habit, and in the second three weeks, you will develop another. Each Sunday will be a time of reflection and planning. Sundays will take the most of your time, but you can expect to spend about 5-15 minutes working each day. |
how will you grow?Throughout the 6 weeks you will work on building confidence through lifestyle changes, exercise, mindset shifts, journaling, goal setting, planning and visualization. Beyond gaining confidence, you will also practice the tools that create HABITS.
It has been studied that it takes 21 days (or 3 weeks) to make a habit. In the 6 weeks of the program, you will specifically work to build 2 habits, something that is TOTALLY doable. And remember... during these 6 weeks you will be working out, so you will gain muscle and health too! |
