​How can I be so sure?  Well, because I achieved it myself, and I started out WAY behind.

Yup, seriously.  My name is Laura and I did NOT grow up fit or healthy.  I avoided exercise and was an absolute nerd (meaning super sedentary).  I was 30 pounds heavier than I am now with no strength or confidence.  I hated my body, my life, everything...  I wanted/needed a fresh start.

College began and I used that as an excuse to change.  I started out small by learning how to use the elliptical, and eventually gained the confidence to make bigger changes that resulted in a complete 180 from where I was.

That was over 10 years ago.  Since then, my life has completely transformed, even prompting me to become a Certified Health Coach and Personal Trainer.  After coaching and training tons of women for the last 4 years, I developed a streamlined program called the L.I.F.T.E.D. Method.  This approach is designed specifically for women in their 20s - 30s who are in the beginning to intermediate stages of their health journeys.  It includes 12 weeks of customized workouts, recipe guides and coaching to help you overhaul your life, energy and confidence WITHOUT overwhelm and WITHOUT all the struggles I faced years ago.  I am so sure you'll gain a better life because of this program.  So sure actually that if you don't gain more energy and confidence, I'll give you your money back.

What does L.I.F.T.E.D. stand for?

L.I.F.T.E.D. stands for LOVE yourself first, INSTINCT over motivation, FOOD quality matters, TRAIN for strength, ENVIRONMENT cleanup, & DOWNTIME scheduled daily.  This method is unlike anything you've tried in the past because it focuses on sustainable and long-term progress: no crazy crash diets, unrealistic workouts, self-loathing or deprivation.

These pillars help uncover WHY your energy and confidence are suffering, rather than only telling you WHAT to do.  After just a few weeks of coaching with this method, you'll finally start gaining the energy and confidence you need to make lasting change in your health.

We also dive deeper than other trainers and coaches do because we use detailed blood work to determine if you have any food intolerances or thyroid issues (I sure did!).  60% of women suffer from this, but unfortunately, it goes undiagnosed.  We also address the typical nutrient deficiencies in women between the ages of 20 to 40.

The ultimate difference between the L.I.F.T.E.D Method and every other approach you've tried is that you gain an ally.  This is not simply a coach/client relationship. We develop a friendship, which means you get to text me, and yes it's my real number.

The L.I.F.T.E.D. Signature Program is $1750 and lasts 12 weeks – about $145 per week.  Again, if you don't gain energy and confidence, you'll get your money back.
