This is a workout related tip, but I feel like it needs to be discussed here.  Your body knows when it needs a break, and you need to feel the empowerment behind resting.  It does move your health journey in the right direction when done well.  Here's how to do that.

DON'T WORKOUT?  THAT CAN BE YOUR SELF CARE

Imagine having 30-45 minutes of time all to yourself when you are focusing ONLY on you.  Yes, you could do your nails or just kick back and listen to music or read, but that description also applies to...  a workout.  You're most likely alone, tuned in to your body and making it better.  That sure sounds like self care right?
