DON'T SPEND HOURS AT THE GYM
In my opinion, no one needs to workout for more than 45 minutes, especially when you're at the gym. Working out should not define your life! Hour plus long workouts are a waste of time and detract from living a fulfilling life. Make your workouts quick and effective.
PLAN YOUR DAY DOWN TO THE HALF HOUR
I don't care how you do it, whether it's on paper or on your phone, whichever way makes the most sense to you. What matters is that you schedule your time and treat each event as a work meeting. Get in, be efficient, get out.
