Hi! My name is Laura and I am so glad you're here.
If we would've met back in 2008, you would never have guessed I'd be where I am now. I used to be SUPER shy without any self-esteem. In 2009, I changed my life when I learned how to lift weights. It's what inspired me to become a personal trainer really, so I could share that confidence building power with women everywhere. You can read more about that journey here.
Over time, my mission has evolved to encompass more areas of health, like being an advocate for functional medicine, eliminating toxic products, and cooking REAL FOOD at home.
This holistic approach to health means that I am a firm believer in creating health habits and NOT forcing your body to do things it does not want to do.
So yeah, I am here to LIFT your life. Also, I really like purple.

Laura is a Certified Personal Trainer (2017) by the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She is also certified as a Pre & Postnatal Corrective Exercise Specialist (2019). Although she loves fitness, her health journey has shown her first hand that it is not the only thing that makes a healthy lifestyle. This belief has led her to a holistic, healthy and natural way of living.
