Hi! My name is Laura and I'm so glad you're here.
If we would've met back in 2008, you would never have guessed I'd be where I am now. I used to be SUPER shy without any self-esteem, and very uninformed about true health.
In 2009, I changed my life when I learned how to lift weights. It's what inspired me to become a personal trainer, so I could share that confidence building power with women everywhere. You can read more about that journey here.
Over time, my mission has evolved to encompass more areas of health, like being an advocate for functional medicine, eliminating toxic products, and cooking REAL FOOD at home. I am now a health coach and podcast host and hope to share my knowledge with you, so that you can finally believe that you deserve to thrive, both in health and in confidence.
So yeah, I am here to LIFT your life. Also, I really like coffee and the color purple.

Laura is a Certified Health Coach (2020) through the American Council on Exercise, a Certified Personal Trainer (2017) by the National Academy of Sports Medicine and a Pre & Postnatal Corrective Exercise Specialist (2019) through Fit for Birth. Her goal is to help women rise above low self-esteem and finally thrive in their health. She believes that everyone deserves to feel unstoppable every day and can achieve that by focusing on nutrition, smart exercise, hormone health and eliminating toxins.

One of my favorite things that made me want to immediately hire Laura was that she sat with me during my consultation and explained to me that she wanted me to feel absolutely no pressure to work with her and to take some time to think about it. In contrast, the gym I go to was trying to pressure me into signing a contract for personal training and would not leave me alone about it. Work outs with her have been great! I go to her 1-2x a week. She tailors to what I can do and motivates me to do more. She is also teaching me proper technique so that when I do the work out routines at home/gym, I know what I'm doing and won't hurt myself. She also checks in on me to see how I'm doing through out the week. I would highly recommend her to anyone!"
