I became a Certified Personal Trainer in 2017. I am certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and am also certified as a Pre & Postnatal Corrective Exercise Specialist. Although I love fitness, it is not the only thing that makes a healthy lifestyle, you have to approach it from all angles! This belief has led me to a holistic, healthy and natural way of living. I am a firm believer in creating health habits and NOT forcing your body to do things it does not want to do.
My own health journey began when I discovered how lifting weights totally boosts your confidence (something I was desperately lacking in, read more about that here). One thing led to another and I became totally immersed in the health and wellness world! What I love about this field is that all its areas have the power to transform you not just physically, but also mentally... This mindset shift and holistic view is such a huge confidence boost!
