My coaching sessions with Laura made me realize that I wasn't listening to my body enough since I was giving more focus to my mind instead of seeing my health as a whole (body, mind, energy). Laura's extensive knowledge of health, sleep health, fitness, empathy, and full attention during coaching sessions made me feel supported. Also, it opened a channel for learning about my current health state. Now, I practice every day the recommendations she proposed, which has given me a new health perspective. Small details such as sleeping one more hour (no one will judge you for that) or trying Laura's amazing organic recipes, establishing a time frame for physical activity (even 30 minutes a day), allowed me to feel healthier. I think Laura's coaching sessions during the COVID-19 pandemic was rewarding since I overcame significantly the huge levels of anxiety and stress related to this time. I'm glad she lifted my life!
One of my favorite things that made me want to immediately hire Laura was that she sat with me during my consultation and explained to me that she wanted me to feel absolutely no pressure to work with her and to take some time to think about it. In contrast, the gym I go to was trying to pressure me into signing a contract for personal training and would not leave me alone about it. Work outs with her have been great! I go to her 1-2x a week. She tailors to what I can do and motivates me to do more. She is also teaching me proper technique so that when I do the work out routines at home/gym, I know what I'm doing and won't hurt myself. She also checks in on me to see how I'm doing through out the week. I would highly recommend her to anyone!"
