One of my favorite things that made me want to immediately hire Laura was that she sat with me during my consultation and explained to me that she wanted me to feel absolutely no pressure to work with her and to take some time to think about it. In contrast, the gym I go to was trying to pressure me into signing a contract for personal training and would not leave me alone about it. Work outs with her have been great! I go to her 1-2x a week. She tailors to what I can do and motivates me to do more. She is also teaching me proper technique so that when I do the work out routines at home/gym, I know what I'm doing and won't hurt myself.
