This studio has been a dream of mine since 2016 and the doors are finally open at 2921 Shafor Blvd in Kettering Ohio. It's a place where you feel welcome and unintimidated, as if you're at a friend's house, but instead of just sipping coffee and relaxing, you're getting a good workout in, talking wellness, getting lifestyle advice and setting goals.

Who am I?
Hi! My name is Laura Millat and I'm a Health Coach and Personal Trainer. Despite loving healthy food, I drink bourbon almost daily. I also love lifting weights, but would much rather chill on the couch. I live in the country with my husband and chickens, yet I'm a girly girl who loves makeup and skincare.
So yeah, "healthy" can definitely contradict itself, but that's why I'm here... To show you that health shouldn't control your life, and that it should definitely include the things you love. The life you've always dreamed of isn't so far off. And what's even better? You can achieve that life without feeling overwhelmed. |

In contrast, the gym I go to was trying to pressure me into signing a contract for personal training and would not leave me alone about it. Work outs with her have been great! I go to her 1-2x a week. She tailors to what I can do and motivates me to do more. She is also teaching me proper technique so that when I do the work out routines at home/gym, I know what I'm doing and won't hurt myself. She also checks in on me to see how I'm doing through out the week. I would highly recommend her to anyone!"
