Initial 15 minute consultations are free so you can meet me and see the space to decide if I/it would be a good fit for your health journey.
Your first paid session is 90 minutes long and is $150. This appointment combines a functional movement screening and health coaching consultation *see asterisk below for more information.
After that, each workout lasts 45 minutes, with most clients coming twice a week. The more often you train per week the more you save:
1x / week: $50 each
2x / week: $45 each
3x / week: $40 each
Please note my current availability is 6am - 4pm Monday through Friday.

*Please note that if you decide to start personal training, your first appointment will be 90 minutes and consist of a one-time assessment. This first appointment is $150 and combines a functional movement screening (30 minutes) and a health coaching consultation (60 minutes). At this initial appointment, we will discuss the other areas of your health (diet, sleep, hormones, stress, etc) and see how they are affecting your fitness, because let's be honest... Even if you workout 3 times a week with me, that's only 3-ish hours of your week. If you aren't sleeping and are super stressed during the other hours, the workouts we do at the studio will NOT be as effective. YOU are in control of the rest of your life and in order to make real and lasting change, considering those other factors is vital.
