Who am I?
Hi! My name is Laura Millat and I'm a Health Coach and Personal Trainer. Despite loving healthy food, I drink bourbon almost daily. I also love lifting weights, but would much rather chill on the couch. I live in the country with my husband and chickens, yet I'm a girly girl who loves makeup and skincare.
So yeah, "healthy" can definitely contradict itself, but that's why I'm here... To show you that health shouldn't control your life, and that it should definitely include the things you love.
